23yrs of age Female with irregular periods..USG shows mild enlarged ovaries with multiple tiny follicle of necklace sign positive.Tiny nabothian cyst in endocervical canal.PCOD (STEIN LEVANTHAL SYNDROME). LH,FSH,TSH normal.No dominant follicles in D21 with 6.6 Endometrium.what to do next?
