I was on vacation with few of my colleagues last week. One of my colleagues who is a busy surgeon in an eminent hospital was with us. I came to know from him that one day before we left for vacation, he performed two major surgeries and his patients are being looked after by a second surgeon in that hospital who was not involved in the surgery and pre-surgical investigations.
This raised a question in my mind which I would like to share with my esteemed colleagues and respected seniors on this platform.
