blood sugar is on the increase (last reading 122 and PP 110, HbAlc- 7.1. He has now developed Peripheral Neuropathy for last 2 years and has been taking Gabapin NT 100 mg but no significant relief in the tingling and numbness which increases in winter. What should be the line of treatment?
