24 yrs old male patient had fever with rigor intermittently once in 20 -30 days for the past 2 years. Widal- negative,Smear for MP - Negative.Liver function tests-normal.On examination,Moderatly nourished,at the time of fever,he is toxic,not an anaemic,not a diabetic or hypertensive.11/2 years back,he underwent lap appendisectomy.At the time he underwent CTABDOMEN inwhich noticed perportal lymphadenopathy about 2.5 -3cm(Size approximate).Now the patient having no lymphadenopathy anywhere else.Patern of temperature is continues.Now I repeat the CT Abdomen reveals the periportal lymphadenopathy increase in size and screnning of thorax shows enlarged tracheo-bronchial and paratrachial lymphadenopathy.Seek the expert opinoin.
