A 38 yrs female presented with migraine and low TSH with normal T3 and T4. Counseled the patient for self resolving nature of thyroiditis. However on non resolution mri brain and chest and abdomen done and raiu done. all reports normal. patient heavily built and lethargic .

a trial of Neomercazole given to no avail. still low tsh with normal T3 and T4 since last 3 yrs. what to do. please guide?
