Primi pt had d&c in dec 2013 for missed abortion.since then or ( may be b4)having petsistent rbcs 8-10/hpf.no cast ocassional pus cells n albumin. Repeatdly got treated for uti. Urine cytology, usg, ct scan wnl. Tb, APLA ruled out. Had this pt 3 months back.
Urine n vaginal culture revealed candida albicans sensitive to fluconazole.had flz 150mg for 3 weeks with probiotics n vaginal tabs for 3 days. Repeat culture same result with same rx for 3 weeks.repeat culture scanty fungal but persistent rbcs.had flz 150mg twice daily for 14 dayswith vaginal tabs for 10 days. Repeat culture with scanty candida n persistent rbcs.midstream urine taken always n pt is on n off symptomatic. What next?
