A 6-year-old girl having the recurrent cough and cold and fever for last one year. She never had prolonged fever. Cough used to subside after taking antibiotics and bronchodilators. She came to me with reports of Mantoux which is 30 x 30 mm.

At present, she is not having any weight loss or fever. Her x-ray chest is WNL. Share your views, how to proceed in this case?
