Hello Colleagues, Male patient 28 years of age, healthy, well built with no disease and non smoker, non alcoholic, no other vices, IT professional,no significant family history,no intake of drugs, recently married and he gets severe post coital headache. This has become so much worrisome to him that he is scared of having coitus.Routine lab investigations all normal. How do I manage this case? He is my patient since childhood and he refuses to visit any consultant. I tried Tab.
Paracetamol 2 tabs 2 hours before coitus and it gives about 50% relief. But how can I ask him to take this treatment lifelong? He has a long marital life ahead of him.Please help. Thanks.
