A patient aged 62 yrs reported with h/o extraction of 12 (upper right lateral incisor) 10 months back. He complains of tingling sensation in his upper lip & nose and also stuffiness in his nose since then. 15 days prior to extraction of 12 he also underwent extraction of 13 and 14. The problem has not resolved in these 10 months and he now c/o heaviness on his upper lip.

O/E:  wound healing normal,  No tenderness on palpation. P/D: Nerve paresthesia. Can there be any other reason?
