I am 62 yrs General Practitioner having problem of low grade fever at present with OA. I am having OA in both knees and in Dec 2008 I underwent TKR on left side and it got infected with klebsiella in theatre itself along with high fever. I was treated with antibiotics after culture report but no relief. Then I underwent First Revision TKR in the end of 2009 but my high fever continued with increased TC, ESR and CRP.
Then I was again treated along with antibiotics and when there was no relief I was put on Anti TB four drugs regime for 2 years. Gradually in between I developed discharging sinus at left knee.
