Preoperative Anticholinergic premedication shud be liberal and No dose restriction is required especially in Pediatric patients — To prevent Bronchspasm and Bradycardia .. Strict adherence to textbook dosages — is NOT required and is sometimes HARMFUL .. Even other drugs - Opioids  ,Anxiolytics  , Inhalational Anaesthetics , etc shud be given According to the 1) Anxiety level  2)  Painful ness of the Procedure ...liberally  .

Strict Textbook dosages need not be over stressed .. Doses of Other Sedatives and Muscle relaxants can be reduced, but not Analgesics ..— For bright recovery  .
