Physical Examination: He was evaluated in the emergency department (ED), and the following injuries were identified by CT imaging: Bi-frontal cerebral contusions Facial fractures Left-sided rib fractures Left pulmonary contusion Nondisplaced bilateral pubic rami fracture Left mid-shaft femur fracture Grade 2 splenic laceration. In the ED, the patient received 2 L of crystalloid and had a blood pressure of 100/80 mm Hg, the pulse of 98 beats/minute, respiratory rate of 24 breaths/minute, and GCS of 13.
