A 35 years old male complaint of high grade fever associated with excessive sweating and restlessness. He visited with h/o fever on sunday evening, along with nausea, anorexia. Also reported a single episode of vomiting followed by diarrhoea at 3 am in morning. After that he had no h/o fever since 2 days, but nausea and restlessness starts in the evening. And single episode of vominting and diarrhoea between 2-4 am daily since 3 days. He had h/o malaria one week ago, for that treatment is done.
In Medical examinations, BP, CBC, Widal Test, LFT, MP-FM, Platelet every thing found to be normal. No h/o of arthralgia, pharngitis and viral symptoms. Today evening he came with normal BP, normal fever is 103 associated with nausea and restlessness What could be the possible diagnosis in that case if I advice for Chikungunya test and LFT again? What treatment should be given? Kindly suggest.
