Hi Drs, A 33yr old female patient having complaints of low backache for past 15 days, Irregular periods , USG abdomen suggestive of Prominent Pyramid noted in the mid pole of Lt Kidney-Normal Varient, B/L polycystic ovaries Gr II- III. Rest all other blood investigations within normal limit. MRI spine -Normal study.

Have advised Hormonal Assay. Can any one suggest what can be the cause of Prominent Pyramid in kidney and suggest any other Investigations. Regards, Dr.Mazhar
