A patient of mine had an adamantinoma in right tibia She was operated upon and tumor scraped.she had a fracture of the tibia as well which was aligned with plate and screws. It healed well and she was fine, the pain returned after about two years and x-ray showed recurrence. It was scraped again and bone grafting along with bone cement was used to fill the gap.
About six months back pus started oozing out which is still continuing What are suggestions and procedures to help her lead a better life?
