Pulmonary TB patient aged 30 yrs came to clinic with complaints of severe feet burning , he is so lean and with 45 kgs weight looked like immune compromised . investigations ( hiv -ve , hbsag non reatcive , ) CBP - 6.5 hb , rbc  3.2 , wbc 11.2 , ESR - 110 mm hr ...treated by  administering PCV 1 UNIT  and gabaneuron b.d , b6 vit tablet and optineuron with normal saline .

still patient complaining of very sever feet burning ?
