A six-year-old girl having high-grade fever with vomiting since last night. Today morning she had tonic seizures with uprollling of eyes which lasted for 5- 10 min with loss of consciousness for 30 min. She passed urine during this episode.

She has the history of similar episode associated with fever 2 yrs back. Should we start anti-epileptic drugs labelling it as pyrexia induced epilepsy?
