With respect to maintaining democratic outlook, it is better to legislate issues. Hence respect to each and everyone is necessary. Idea is to select beforehand dedicated students of medicine and give the opportunity to talented ones at whatever cost. it is best to select students on merit and a test which makes the selection of students on lines of intellectual capability than financial or caste reservations.
Otherwise, it makes no difference to me. The good step was taken to restore democracy. What is your opinion?
