Radical Neck dissection is done for a large lymph node mass with an unknown primary. The core needle biopsy of the mass revealed squamous cell carcinoma. The primary could not be located in spite of a thorough investigative work up.
Modified Shoebinger`s incision has been used and the three extra-lymphatic structures i.e SAN, IJV and SCM were also removed along with all five levels of lymph nodes [I-V]. This video demonstrates the R adical Neck Dissection right side for MUO .
