Ramucirumab plus paclitaxel combination is indicated for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer or gastro-oesophageal junction adenocarcinoma in adult patients with disease progression after prior platinum and fluoropyrimidine chemotherapy. Ramucirumab plus erlotinib combination is indicated for the first-line treatment of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer in adult patients with activating epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations.
