This 15 years boy of village background, studying in school away from the house, living in hostel there only. He developed such type of lesions ,six times in four years. Once very severe like SJ syndrome, treated with steroids. Allergy test in vitro done, found to have allergy to few food items, stopped those items, vaccine prepared and injected for three months, but no response to any therapy including antihistamine drugs and steroids..
Finally came to conclusion that this is because of stress on small child living in hostel. This year removed from hostel and with family only, studying here only. Now mother is asking for the reasons of the lesion. What is the cause of these ulcers?
