November 17, 2013 with spontaneously formed swelling paramandibular right region 44/45 below apical region to the lower edge of the UK, druckdolentes infiltrate. swelling formed within 1 hour all the way back, Ro 5:11-control / 2013 NE 30th May 2014 show with the same findings, swelling formed within 1 hour and after 2 hours completely regressed, Romans also oB 15 05 2014 No skin or mucosal lesions visible, no evidence of shock or trauma patient, 40 years of good AZ , no known disease, no known allergies, intraoral findings: 17-27 natural dentition, 36,35 and 45,46 CAMLOG implants, 47.43 to 41 ViPr +; 46 Insertion 2/2004, 45 insertion 11/2006, supply of metal-ceramic single crowns, 44 Endodontics 2/2009 Does anyone have already observed similar case?
