An 18 Y O married female complaining of on and off symptomatic UTI for the last 2 months. She was on a variety of antibiotics for the said period by various doctors. When she came to me I stopped the antibiotics and advised a course of Cranberry Extract BD for 7 days. Subsequent CUE now shows Pus Cells 4 to 6 and Epithelial Cells 10 to 15, with the presence of Yeast Cells.

The C & S says no growth. What to do now? What treatment? She at present is asymptomatic.
