This patient had his genioplasty done a few months ago, elsewhere. His main complaints were hollowing out of the jawline and after cbct and examination, it was ascertained that it was due to the earlier Osteotomy made for genioplasty. The surgeon had made an abrupt cut and hence had left this triangular defect.

We rectified the cut. Here are the results.
