I have a patient who is on amlodipine 5 mg, telmisartan 40mg, hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg in the morning and Metoprolol 50 mg in the night. But even then her BP is around 160/80 mm of Hg. She is a known case of DM in control on T.Metformin 500mg BD and a Hypothyroid on Thyroxin 50mcg a day.

She also has undergone Angioplasty in 2002 and B/L Mastectomy. Her RFT,LFT,LIPID PROFILE are all normal. Kindly let me know what can be done next to bring her BP under control.
