Dear Dr. Patient is 3 yr old. In this summer, patient is coughing, he is from Delhi. At the start it was adviced as its an allergy and treated by nabulization with budocort anf livolin, 5-3 times day for a week and also with antibiotic for 14 days. He also continued the RomilastL 4mg for 1 month.
Again the same happened at the end of May, treated similarly and in June end also he got the same problem so again gone for nebulization. At present patient continue with romilast 4mg daily in the eve. But i am very tense that at this small age he is used to medicine. but i dont have any other option as the cough is not going parmanentaly. Kindly give your advice.
