Case presentation A 23-year-old woman reported to the hospital with acute abdominal pain. T he patient had been previously treated several times for intrapelvic abscesses (onset timeline unknown). Medical history 1. H/o sexually transmitted disease (STD) due to chlamydial infection 2. The patient was undergoing treatment for endometriosis and intrapelvic abscesses. 3.
