A 45 yr old patient, came for a regular medical check up. BP 220/100 mm hg. K/C/O hypertension, on Tab Olmez H 20 in morning and Tab Olmez at night. use of OCP without break since last 15 yrs (tab Novelon) On giving tab Stamlo 5 mg along with morning dose of Olmez H, BP still 200/100 mm Hg. Asked her to stop OCP.

Put her on Tab Ativan 2 mg. ECG normal Urine R/M, USG, LFT,RFT normal. BP stil 180/100 mm hg after a week of daily monitoring. What should be the next line of treatment?No papilloedema
