68 year old smoker with ca. Lung. SCC, good performance score. Medically fit for lung resection.
Stage T2N2MO, underwent 4 cycles of Paclitaxel +carboplatin. Pet scan reveals approximately 30% reduction in tumour and nodal size, but still there is bulky N2 disease at station 7. At this stage CCRT is one option but are there any takers for surgery?
