30 year old female, para 1 living 1, staff nurse by profession, comes with PAP report of NILM to our Health care Preventive Oncology Center at Mumbai. After attending our Cancer awareness and screening lecture agrees to get her HPV DNA test done by cervical scrape HPV DNA HC2 method in our screening camp, She is symptomless. Her HPV DNA -571 RLU. Further, the cervical scrape sample was reflexed for HPV m RNA & Genotype. Reports- m RNA Positive and HPV Hr 16 positive. Diagnostic Colposcopy with Guided biopsy performed- Colposcopy Swede 8, HP- CIN 3/2.
Treatment- Leep Excisional Procedure done. Post Leep follow up with relook colposcopy after 6 months- Normal Healing cervix. Cervical scrape sent for HPV Genotype- Normal HSIL Case successfully diagnosed and treated. She is now enrolled in 5 years Screening Surveillance Call recall Protocol with HPV 5 yearly testing.
