Patient having 1 FTND 8 yrs back willing for conception. Scanty mensus hsg one tube fimbrial block other tube free spill; usg one ovary healthy other ovary having 2 cyst 29mm 34mm given 3 cycles ocps;  inj  Nitrogen/Fresh Human Placental Extract ,  metronidazole ,  Amoxicillin , ofloxacin 300  for 7 days, diclofenac tds for 7 days after 6 months.

usg both cyst in ovary same size still there. Do they need to be punctured or any other option?
