SERVICE PROVIDER vs SERVED – At the outset let me raise a question? Do Service Provider have any rights? To provide service is not a simple act. It requires a combination of ideas, opportunity, establishment, finance, manpower assembly & motivation & training (manpower which can leave any time – it is their right to grab opportunities) licensing, gestation period, tolerance, entrepreneurship of converting thought into an act & ultimate service.
