I recently had a patient who had travelled to the states to an area that's very cold. She is complaining of severe pain in the teeth and gingiva randomly at any time if the day that subsides in its own.. There is no history of exposure to cold.

The patuent is a known asthamatic but is cyrrently not taking medicines for the same... What could it possibly be because of?
