Elderly female patient of 70 years of age complaints of intermittent lower back pain, since several months pain is mildly progressive, now it is severe gets relief by rest & NSAIDs. Patient is also known of case of type 2 DM & HT on Glimeperide, Metformin, Telmisartan, Metoprolol, Calcium and Vitamin D3 supplementations. MRI LS Spine showed following findings: Mild lumbar scoliosis, Diffused asymmetric disc bulge at L5-S1 level  Producing moderate central canal narrowing affecting traversing S1 nerve roots, Marked Lt mild right bilateral neural foraminal encroachment may affect exiting L5 nerve roots, Mild disc bulge at L2 -L3 -L4 -L5 levels indenting thecal sac, Mild bilateral neural foraminal encroachment with L4-L5-L5-S1 facet joint arthrosis.
