Patient with advanced Ca stomach. Extending from G-E junction , entire fundus and upto mid body. Peritoneal, liver mets, periportal, para aortic lymphadenopathy. No obvious dysphagea. C/O severe pain.
On Morphin for last 1 month. Pain is not relieved by Morphin. What can be done for pain ?
