My father is a 62 year old MALE K/C/O DM TYPE II with CAD ,now c/o sudden fever on off with: bs fasting :277 RBS :330 platelet 2.37 , widal 1/80 + pbf for mp negtv I have given him AZITHRAL 500 MG , WIKORYL TDS ,GEMER 1 AND NOW STARTed volix 0.3 ,not getting relief.kindly help me out . should i start insulin or monocef ???
