This pertains to recent incidences of heightened vigilantes shown by judiciary pertaining to matters of medical negligence. Both medicine and justice are noble profession where harm to seeker is unintended and mostly is consequent to the nature of our jobs of dealing with human lives thus if medical professional can be judged guilty of unintended hurt should the same barometer not be applied to judiciary if they donot observe basic reasoning and intelligence expected of them while delivering a sentence?
