Should we charge the company for the time we spent meeting their medical representatives?

Medical representatives insist on meeting us to inform us about products. These meetngs cut into patient care time or personal time. I could be informed about a launch by mail/email.

Meeting in person in not essential. If I charge patients for my time why should I spare the medical representatives? How would the MCI view this?
