A 24 years old man complaint of vertigo, relieved by cinnarizine, amoxicillin-clavulanic acid combo, aceclofenac SR with rest. H/O few occasional episodes of vertigo in last few months. The patient is obese, has grade 1 hypertension, palpitations and metabolic syndrome, sacroiliitis, MRI Rt. Knee joint suggests mild trochlear dysplasia with lateral patellar translocation.
Vertigo Protocol Inner Ear: The visualized 5th nerve on right side shows a 6.4 *3.8 cms in size nodular focus within its cisternal course. It shows restricted diffusion on DWI. Other tests normal. Kindly enlighten significance, complications of observation of inner ear any further advice towards management.
