A 23 years boy, stone cutter, developed silicosis, and Tuberculosis treated With ATT for 12months, then had a fungal infection, now has pneumonia on Right side. Left Lung destroyed in the infections and silicosis.

Now TLC is 16000/_, fever, dyspnoea, tachycardia, and restlessness is a permanent feature. kindly help me with the diagnosis.
