This is the skin finding of a 45-year-old female who is currently on treatment for her allergic asthma. The problem began last year after she started treatment with a complementary medicine physician. It progressively increased in the past 1 year and now she has patchy areas of hyperpigmentation on her neck and back, but the legs are swollen with hyperpigmentation. All her metabolic profile is normal except for eosinophil count of 25% and vitamin d deficiency (2.5).

Her autoimmune profile workup is pending. What further investigations need to be carried out?
