A15 years boy, lean and thin, eating very well, gets fainted many times. Has sinusitis, X-ray chest shows small heart, 2D Echo of Heart is normal, sinus X-ray rt Maxi hazy, CBC normal, blood sugar normal. Urine normal.

I have a query about X-ray chest. Is it small sized heart? If yes then what is the significance of it in child's development.
