I had an unmarried patient age 30 years since 2 months who is suffering from epidymo-orchitis. I examined clinically and send him for USG scrotum and confirmed my diagnosis.clinically slight increased in size of testis with mild hydrocele. I prescribed antibiotics like doxycycline analgesics and diethylcarbamazine for 3 weeks.

Still, the problem is not resolved. There is no previous history of TB also. What should be the further line of treatment?
