Spinal anesthesia is producing so many complications.They may not be immediate, most of the deaths that occur after bottom surgery done under spinal anesthesia are due to spinal anesthesia. The complications that I observed are neck pain, head ache, sciatica seizures knee joint pains. We can name any symptom after spinal anesthesia. Sometimes years after spinal anesthesia diabetes mellitus can also occur, which we call idiopathic or genetic.
If mother under goes surgery under spinal anesthesia and if the daughter also undergoes spinal anesthesia if both are diabetic we call it hereditary. Are genes carrying blood sugar levels identified? What are your views regarding complications of spinal anesthesia?
