Pt of 30 years villager had chicken pox 20 days back, mild fever remained continues, they thought it's typhoid, stopped all food and went to indigenous medicine and local God of the village. On 20th day pt had paralysis of Lt side of face and RT side of body (hemiparesis) and unstable vitals, shaking whole body nauseating and unable to eat. Pt had spleenectomy five years back for markedly enlarged and found normal on biopsy.
Urgently done at 7.00pm CT brain: non-conclusive Xray: bilateral extensive tuberculosis CBC: all counts low Other investigations awaited. Is it TBM? How to manage this case urgently?
