A patient presented with fever followed by a painful, clustered vesicular rash over the limb. The lesions appear in groups with erythematous bases and areas of crusting, suggestive of Herpes Zoster.
Early recognition is essential to initiate timely antiviral therapy and prevent complications such as post-herpetic neuralgia, especially in high-risk individuals.
