An 8-year-old boy was brought to ED when an explosive device detonated very close to him. He had multiple wounds on his face, chest, abdomen, legs, and right arm due to the fragment of the explosion. He was intubated owing to airway obstruction and cardiovascular instability in the ambulance en route to the hospital. In the hospital, his chest radiograph (panel A) and CT (panel B) was acquired.
