✔️18 years boy presented with pain & swelling in epigastrium for 2-3 days. No other complaints. ✔️O/E : Cystic Swelling in epigastrium on left side of midline. Skin was slightly reddened & mild tenderness was present. Swelling was of few centimeters.

✔️No other positive findings found. ✔️Patient is vegetarian & have rabbits at home. ✔️TC was marginally raised. ✔️CT brain is nor ✔️Blood report, USG & CT Scan of Abdomen & brain attaches herewith.
