21 year primy gravida underwent uneventful C/S 15-12-16. On 28th day (12-1-15) after C.S, she presented with profuse bleeding, and she was in shock. On per speculam profuse bleeding was seen from cervix. Uterus was just bulky. We used small diameter SR cannula and created a negative pressure of 650mm Hg. Bleeding stopped within 5mints. Two units of blood was given. On ultra sound, the uterine cavity was normal and nothing significant was found.
She was discharged after 2days. After this, she had 2 more episodes of similar bleeding, first on 13-4-2017 (119 days), and the second on 7-5-2017 (143 days) after C.S. Every time cannula was used, and the bleeding stopped without fail. We did hysteroscopy twice, on 2nd day and on 5th day.
