NEXT MORNING we shall start New year 2018 ending the night with celebrations to goodbye 2017 but every one of us should take some pledge ourselves to keep ourselves physically fit so that we remain healthy and do not fall prey to ill health unnecessarily by simply changing our lifestyle.
